You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your location. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account. Information supplied at checkout must be accurate and current.

Products and availability

We aim to describe products, colors, dimensions, and materials accurately. Screens and handcrafted production may cause minor variations. Products may be changed, limited, or discontinued. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; acceptance occurs when we ship the order or otherwise confirm fulfillment.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping and applicable taxes are calculated before payment. Payment is processed by the payment method selected at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors before fulfillment and will offer cancellation and a refund if an error affects an order.

Shipping

Estimated processing times appear in our Shipping Policy and on applicable product pages. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If an order is delayed materially, we will provide notice and any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.

Returns and refunds

Outdoor activities involve inherent risks. Follow product instructions, inspect equipment before use, and use appropriate judgment for weather, terrain, and personal ability. Hardware specifically marked as not rated for climbing or life-safety use must never be used for those purposes.
