Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Aislefo processes and delivers orders placed through aislefo.site.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available.

Processing times

• Ready-to-ship accessories: typically dispatch within 1–2 business days.
• Custom or made-to-order gear: typically dispatch within 10–14 business days.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays. If a product page states a different processing estimate, the product-page estimate controls.

Shipping charge and service

Standard shipping costs $7.00 per order and applies to all products shipped within the United States. Shipping may be taxable where required. The charge is displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery estimate

Standard delivery is estimated at 7 business days after dispatch. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier disruption, remote destinations, and incorrect address information may cause delays. Tracking information is provided when supported by the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please review the delivery address before submitting an order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins, and additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

Delays, loss, or damage

If an order is materially delayed, unavailable, lost, or arrives damaged, contact contact@aislefo.site with the order number and relevant photographs where applicable. We will investigate and provide the remedies required by applicable law. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide notice and any cancellation or refund options required by law.
